1. Wide-Range Temperature Control Module The system supports hot-water cleaning from 25°C to 90°C, covering daily warm-water washing, oil removal, sanitation, and high-temperature industrial cleaning applications. PID precision temperature control of ±0.5°C maintains stable outlet temperature and protects precision components, plastic production lines, coated surfaces, and other temperature-sensitive workpieces from thermal damage.

3. Intelligent Dry-Burn Protection Module Every unit is equipped with an intelligent dry-burn protection system. When the spray gun is released, the heating system stops synchronously. If the machine detects insufficient water flow, no pressure, or abnormal operating conditions, the heating module shuts down automatically - preventing dry-burn damage to the heating unit, protecting the operator, and delivering protection performance that leads comparable products on the market. The diesel heating version is engineered for outdoor operation and mobile cleaning applications, fitted with an exhaust temperature-reduction system and dual dry-burn and over-temperature protection — suitable for heavy-duty outdoor cleaning, field maintenance, construction sites, industrial yards, and remote service work. The electric heating version eliminates on-site exhaust emissions and reduces energy consumption by up to 45% compared with traditional fuel-heated systems, depending on working conditions and electricity/fuel cost structure - suitable for enclosed workshops, clean production areas, food-processing facilities, and other emission-controlled environments.
